Meridian is a management consulting and communications advisory firm. We work across two disciplines: strategic and operational transformation on one side, and stakeholder communications on the other.
We work with organisations and the leaders who run them - founders, executives and senior advisors - on decisions that are too important to leave to instinct and too complex to solve with a template.

Every engagement starts with a written scope, a named team and a fixed fee signed by both sides. No open-ended contracts.
